What we commit to
- We respond within 5 business days.
- We remove the content in question while the matter is being discussed, rather than after it is settled. Removal first, dispute after.
- Whole competitions can be switched off at the configuration level, so a request that concerns a league rather than a single page can be honoured in full.
What we act on
- A formal complaint or legal notice from a league, federation or event organiser.
- Notice from one of our data providers that our use endangers their feed.
- A specific allegation that identified content on this site infringes.
